Shipping Policy
Booklyn only ships within the U.S.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is received.
Shipping Method: All packages are sent via UPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET will be prepared the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Free shipping is available on orders over $70.
Additional Information: Shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our facilities. If the shipping carrier cannot deliver your package, they will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
Return Policy
We want you to love your Booklyn planner! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your planner.
Planner Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition with no marks, notes, or writing inside.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
